Asia A.

Asia is our veterinary assistant who comes to us from Southern California where she grew up. Her interest in horses began at an early age, but honed in on her love for them during high school while volunteering at a horse rescue. At the age of 17, she decided to pursue her studies in Colorado where she attended Colorado State University graduating in 2019.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in equine sciences along with minors in business administration and global environmental sustainability. Throughout college and after graduation, she worked with several reining trainers in the Fort Collins area as well as Northern and Southern California.

She returned to Colorado in October of 2020 and joined the team at Roaring Fork Equine Medical Center where she continues to broaden her knowledge and skills assisting the doctors and techs out on calls and in surgery. During the warmer months, Asia enjoys camping, hiking and paddle boarding with her dog and looks forward to the winter months to break out her snowboard.
